Step 1: Prepare the Batter
Firstly, combine all the ingredients of the batter and whisk thoroughly until it becomes very smooth and no lumps remain. Then cover and let rest at room temperature for 1 hour.

Now, heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and add sausages then cook until browned from both sides. Then remove from the heat and transfer to a buttered baking dish.
